Our first call with you is like grabbing a virtual cup of coffee. Tell me about yourself, your company, what are you passionate about? Why are you good in your job today? What and who may be of interest for you to hear about if we came across it? What would something like that do for your quality of life and your family or for your business?
We ask a lot of questions, but in return we will also share with you what we are hearing about the marketplace and point you in some directions that you may not have thought about.
We will also coach you on phone screens, motivators, interview techniques, resignation, and how to attract and retain talent.

Led by Ryan Kellner, who has a decade in technology recruiting across the industries of Finance, Analytics, Healthcare, and IT, we are a boutique search firm focusing on top technical individuals.
